Cost of fixing a V1 and a BelEscort
Here is the costs associated w/ sending back either your Valentine One or BelEscort rd back in for service. A V1 will cost you $45 to send back in for a tuneup/recal and they will ship it back to you FedEX. BelEscort depending on the unit, will charge you between $60-80 for a tuneup/recal and they will ship it back to you UPS.

v1 is cheaper.
v1 is cheaper to have repaired although i'd rather deal with valentine research than beltronics or escort's cust serv.

Right because, the buisness doesn't have set prices on paper
 roger? I highly doubt that. Everytime i've called i've got the same price brackets unjust. I'm begining to think you just have encountered some "Unjust" things because maybe you demand too much when you call? Although, hey "who knows." That's just my alfred einstien theory.
